Shut Up Gary

There, now Gary can finally shut his pie hole. I got him down off his perch, gave him a quick once over, and rode him hard for a whole 4.88 miles. Hey...c'mon. It was only 20 degrees out. I thought that was alright for the first ride of the season. I was just long enough of a ride in that temperature to give me a real nice lung burn.

Pretty much picked up where I left off from last season. A little slower on the average speed, but not too bad. Still a whole 3 MPH faster than my average speed from the beginning of last season.

Probably try to finish out March sticking to my winter training schedule, but doing my indoor trainer days on Gary instead. Life is good!

Kippis,

Craigers
